Orders ships Monday to Friday excluding Weekends and all  US Federal holidays.

Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We take full responsibility for orders in our possession but once handed to the courier, we have no control over it anymore. You can reach out to the courier for further assistance.

Delivery: Once your order has shipped you should receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please provide an accurate email address and shipping details.

Please make sure to put the correct address when placing your order before you checkout. We are not responsible for wrong address input and would NOT refund an order delivered to the wrong address.

Stun By Ami is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit please contact the courier, you can also reach out to us on info@stunbyami.com so we assist in seeing what can be done.

We are not responsible for any custom fees, clearance, delays or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.
